Many editors will make their initial decisions about whether or not to consider a paper for publication from the quality of the language in the manuscript.

Our qualified editors will review your paper prior to submission to your target publication, giving you the best possible chance of success. Although we cannot guarantee that your paper will be accepted for publication, we do guarantee that we can greatly improve the quality and readability of the language in your work.

Before submitting a paper for editing, you need to register with us. Registration is free and simply involves filling in our online form. Once registered you’ll be able to log in to our secure system and upload the papers you would like to submit for editing. We will then send you a quote for the cost of each paper, and all you need to do is confirm that you would like to proceed. You will only need to register once, and can log in to upload as many papers as you like, whenever you like.

Once your paper is submitted for review, we’ll allocate it to a native English editor who is an expert in your subject area. You can learn more about our editors and how we select them in the Our Editors section of this website.

Prices for our services are based on the length of the paper submitted.
